We manufacture a range of rooflight sheets conforming to various corrugation profiles:
- Galvanized Iron (GI) type corrugations: 39” standard width
- Asbestos Cement (AC) type corrugations: 1.05M standard width
- Semi-Corrugated (TRAFFORD) type corrugations: 1.1M standard width
- Colour Coated (Metal Profile) type corrugations: 1000 mm to 1060 mm widths depending on different branded corrugations
SPECIFICATIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ABOVE ROOFING TYPES
- Made to order in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 6 mm and even beyond
- Made to order in lengths from 0.5M to 3.66M (12’)
- Widths are standard as applicable
- Measurement and quotes are on Running Meter basis
- Clear translucent; translucent colours like green, blue, golden yellow, red; semi-opaque colours like white, grey, ivory, brown and many more
- GI type corrugations can be manufactured with wrinkled effect; in floral fabric laminated within; laminated with chicken mesh
WHY FRP ROOFLIGHT SHEETS?
- They transform harsh rays of the sun into glare free light. Because of its inherent quality of providing light, FRP sheets double up as energy saving devices during the day
- FRP sheets, when made with UV stabilizing component, reflect heat rays and delay fading over a long period of time. Even then, when the physical appearance somewhat changes, its utility value remains intact
- Installation is easy, fast and conventional
- FRP sheets are all weather proof and can withstand extremes of temperatures
- FRP sheets are lightweight and hence require a lighter framework, resulting in lesser overall cost
