Lining Jobworks
Lining Jobworks
FRP by virtue of being reinforcement material is also effectively used in lining jobworks in bathrooms, terraces, vaatas etc. This process is carried out at clients' site itself.
When the cement-sand mixture (kobaa) is laid in an under construction bathroom (for instance) after all plumbing and water proofing treatments are in place, the FRP lining jobwork is undertaken.
The fiberglass bonds with the base to form a cohesive, reinforced surface which prevents minute cracks from developing from vibrations that a building is subject to over a period of time. After allowing for curing over twenty four hours, normal tiling work can commence.
Similarly, Lining jobworks can also be carried out in large tanks both industrial as well as residential. FRP is non-corrosive, termite proof and an extreme weather resistant material, hence an ideal foil to enhance its longevity.
